Hyatt Place West Des Moines/Jordan Creek Hotel, West Des Moines

The hotel was superbly located within Jordan Creek, surrounded by upscale shops and restaurants, offering a perfect setting for a relaxing stay. The rooms were spotless and surprisingly spacious, making our own bed back home seem a bit lacking in comparison. Although the dining options were impressive, the service truly stood out with a range of amenities that added value to our experience.

The hotel room was a bit cold for my mother and me initially, requiring us to adjust the temperature several times to feel comfortable. Despite this, the spacious and up-to-date room offered a good stay. The service was satisfactory, and the location was convenient with plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. The dining experience was above average, although limited due to the ongoing situation. Overall, a pleasant stay that could use some temperature adjustment.
